About the Conference

This conference is a continuation of the preceding nine conferences that have been held in the name of Asian International Conference on Fluid Machinery. It has developed from the fourth conference (1993) as an Asian International Conference though the start was held in two countries of Japan and China. The fifth to ninth conference were held in Seoul (1997), Johor Bahru (2000). Fukuoka (2003), Yichang (2005) and Jeju (2007).

Asian Fluid Machinery Committee(AFMC) was established during the 9-AICFM 2007 in Jeju, Korea. This committee will be responsible in organizing future AICFM starting with the 10th AICFM 2009 to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

At the conference, keynote lectures delivered by worldwide renowned fluid machinery specialists will be made to introduce the outstanding achievements in various fluid machinery areas; for examples, fans and blowers, compressor, pumps, gas and steam turbines, and etc.
