Ghazali is a Director, Office of Development and Human Resource, UTMSPACE, a Fellow of Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, as well as a Member of an Institution of Surveyors, and Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents. He obtained his PhD in Property Development from Loughborough University of Technology, England. His professional experience includes as a Research Fellow in Institute Sultan Iskandar of Urban Habitat and Highrise, UTM. On top of that, he is also a consultant to a private property development and valuation firm specialising in property valuation, property development and feasibility studies besides being actively involved in sharing his professional expertise, vision and wisdom in seminars, regional workshops, and international conferences in providing innovative solutions and strategic advice for challenges related to the property industry.

Victor Lim is the Managing Director of the Chartwell Group Malaysia, a firm of Chartered Valuation Surveyors, Registered Valuers, Registered Estate Agents and International Property Consultants. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Estate Management from the University South Bank, United Kingdom and a Diploma in Business Studies from London, United Kingdom. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; Institute of Revenue, Rating and Valuation, United Kingdom; Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia and Institute of Commercial Management, United Kingdom. With an interest in academics, Victor pioneered the approval of Diploma in Property Asset Management and BSC (Hons) in Real Estate by the Malaysian Board of Valuers for a Malaysian private university, Binary University in 2013. He is also a seasoned lecturer in the area of property valuation practice and estate agency for MIM-IMS Management School part of the INTI International Education Group in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

He is also a fellow of Institution of Engineers, Malaysia, (IEM) and Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and a Member of Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) as well as Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). As the President of the Professional Services Development Corporation (PSDC), he was responsible for the capacity building of the professional services sector to face the challenges of liberalization and promoting the sector in the global market. He obtained his Master of Business Administration, MBA from Open University, United Kingdom.

Dr.Sopon is the president of FIABCI Thai, the Thai Appraisal and Estate Agents Foundation and the Agency for Real Estate Affairs, IAAO representative to Thailand, Director of Thai Real Estate Business School, and a member of the Global Valuation Forum of the Appraisal Foundation (USA).He gained a PhD in land and housing from AIT and had further property valuation training from LRTI-Lincoln Institute of Land Policy and housing from KU Leuven (Belgium). He also had experience in real estate research and valuation since 1982. His research master pieces include the discovery of 1,020 slums in 1985 and CAMA (computer-assisted mass appraisal) modelling from 1995 to 1998.
