Bayview Beach Resort is located on the beachfront on the North-West coast of Penang Island. If you
take a flight to Penang International Airport, take note the airport is located in Penang Island. You
can take taxis or cabs direct to the hotel from the airport. Make sure you mention "Bayview Beach Resort,
Batu Ferringhi" as there is another Bayview hotel located in the city of Georgetown.
Bayview Beach Resort, Batu Ferringhi is 18 km or 20 minutes from Georgetown and 33 km or 45 minutes from
Penang International Airport. Purchase your taxi tickets at the lobby of the airport (Taxi Service: Lancaran Aman S. B.). The taxi fare should be MYR67 per trip but there will be surcharge after midnight (12am to 6am): MYR100. Each taxi can accomodate the maximum 4 persons.
Bus services is available but it is quite confusing for first timers. There will be an information counter at the
