Call for Papers

Submission Procedures

Papers must be reach the Conference Secretariat on or before the specified deadlines. Please refer to the paper submission guidelines.

Guidelines on paper format

Abstracts in English not exceeding 500 words must be submitted online (Microsoft Word or *.pdf file only, A4 size with Times New Roman - 12 font). Please indicate the field that best suits your paper from the list of fields provided. The abstract must contain: title of paper, author's name, author's affiliation, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address, keywords (not more than five), background, objective, summary of methodology, results and discussion. The title must not exceed 150 characters (including spaces) and should be in title case. The abstract will be reviewed by the Technical Committee. One author from each paper is expected to register for and participate in the full conference. Confirmation of Receipt of Abstracts

Notice will be sent to authors via email to acknowledge receipt of abstracts. Authors should contact the Conference Secretariat if confirmation has not been received within one week of abstract submission.
