Recorded video presentation guidelines
ICWR 2021 is an online virtual conference where your recorded video presentation will be played following the schedule. However, the presenter must attend the session for live Question (Q) and Answer (A).
Details of recorded video presentation:
- Submission Deadline: 10th November, 2021
- Duration of recorded video (please follow strictly the allocated duration):
- Oral presentation: 8-10 mins
- Videos that exceeded time limit will be trimmed by the organiser.
- File format of recorded video: MP4
- File name of recorded video: ICWR21.PaperID.Presenter_Name.mp4
- Requirement of presentation
- Narrated presentation (Slides with both voice and webcam of the presenter on a small window in the video, with virtual background provided by ICWR 2021).
- Tools such as AZ Screen Recorder for Android or PowerPoint Slide Show and ScreenCast for Windows can be applied.
Other important notes:
- Please keep the oral presentation duration between 8 to 10 minutes and the video file under 200 Mb in size
- Please upload your video presentation on time so we have enough time for testing and
feedback if needed.
- Conduct testing before full recording to ensure that the video and audio is clear. Avoid echoes and bad acoustics.
