Registration Fees

Presenters are welcome to present either in English, Arabic or Malay. (Preferable in English and Arabic)

The registration fees for the conference, which cover conference proceedings, technical sessions, luncheons, and refreshments, are as follows:

Local MYR 600.00
International USD 350.00
International with Accommodation (3D2N) USD 450.00
Visual Paper
(To be included in the proceeding ONLY)
MYR 350.00

Payment can be made using the following methods:
1. Credit Card (Visa or Master Card) - Online
2. Bank Draft or Cheque (For local participants)
3. Company or Department Invoices (For local participants)

Cancellation Policy: Request for refund received in writing 30 days prior to the conference are eligible for a refund, less a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days from the start of the conference are not eligible for a refund. Substitute attendees are always welcome.

Please note that speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing. However, circumtances beyond the control of organizres may necessitate substitutions, alteration or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics.

A request for refund must be in writing, 30 days prior to seminar eligible for refund, less a 15% cancellation fee.
Cancellation received less than 30 days from the seminar date are not eligible for refund. Substitute attendees are always welcome.
