INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
Full paper must be written in English with minimum number of pages is 4 and maximum number of pages is 6. Submission file formats are PDF (*.pdf) and Microsoft Word (*.doc). The required PDF, Word and LaTex templates for IEEE two-column format are:

ELECTRONIC PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors must submit their full papers electronically via the submission website at www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=isbast2014

The selected accepted paper will be submitted for publication consideration in IEEEXplore indexed proceedings.
